Yumeku is operated by Hotmate Ltd. This statement addresses 18 U.S.C. Sections 2257 and 2257A record-keeping requirements for content currently published on Yumeku.
Yumeku publishes fictional illustrated, animated and/or computer-generated content. Hotmate Ltd does not knowingly publish visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.
1. Current content position
On that basis, Hotmate Ltd understands that the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. Sections 2257 and 2257A do not apply to the content currently published on Yumeku. If content involving actual performers is ever introduced, it must not be published until Hotmate Ltd has completed the legal, age-verification, record-keeping and disclosure requirements applicable to that content.

All characters depicted in adult contexts are fictional adults and are intended to be at least 18 years old.
